AGUSTIN HEGEWISCH RAMIREZ is a holder of a bachelor’s degree. A Native of Mexico City, Federal District and took the studies pertaining to the Bachelor’s Degree of Law at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM).

Within his labor activities, he has been regulator at the Legal Department of the Income Tax, Assistant, Deputy Chief of the Profit Sharing Department at the Income Tax Directorate; Chief of the Department of Special Studies at the Income Tax Directorate, Deputy Director General of Legal Affairs and Advisory at the General Directorate of Tax Legislation, Deputy Director of Administrative Resources at the General Directorate of Tax Legislation, Technical Secretary of the Revenue Undersecretary of the Ministry of Treasury and Public Credit. Director General at the Directorate of International Technical Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; lawyer at the Lic. Santiago Roel García firm, Legal Director at the General Directorate of the Federal Fiscal Audit.

As from April 1, 1979 up to this date, he has been exercising free professional practice, focused on fiscal matters and currently he is the Chairman of Grupo HL Consultores Management Board.
